These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website www.briantherainbow.co.uk By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

We sell Brian the Rainbow books and products. Our website is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with an online e-commerce platform.

2. Orders & Payments

a) Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

• We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other payment options provided at checkout

• Prices are subject to change without notice

b) Order Confirmation

• After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive one, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@briantherainbow.co.uk

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud

3. Shipping & Delivery

a) Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are usually processed within 5 working days

• Pre-orders may take longer and will be detailed in the product description

b) Shipping Methods

• We offer UK shipping via Royal Mail

• We do not currently offer International Shipping

• Shipping times vary based on your location. Once dispatched, delivery times are out of our control

c) Lost or Delayed Parcels

• If your order hasn’t arrived within two weeks, contact us at hello@briantherainbow.co.uk and we will do what we can help

 

4. Returns & Refunds

a) Return Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in the same condition it arrived in

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

b) Refunds

• Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• For faulty or damaged items, email us at hello@briantherainbow.co.uk with photos, and we will sort it out as soon as possible

5. Intellectual Property

• All illustrations, designs, and content on this website belong to Jen Wright (owner and creator of Brian the Rainbow)

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our artwork for commercial purposes without permission

 

6. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use our products or content for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our website
