a) Return Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in the same condition it arrived in

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

b) Refunds

• Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• For faulty or damaged items, email us at hello@briantherainbow.co.uk with photos, and we will sort it out as soon as possible
